FOREWORD

Praise and Gratitude we pray the presence of Almighty God, because thanks to the abundance of His mercy and grace so that I can prepare a paper entitled "SENTENCE, GIVING ADVICE, GIVING INSTRUCTION, COLLECTION LETTER, INVOICE, AND INTER OFFICE LETTERS" with good and proper in time.

This paper is made by taking the source of some of the web address and some books as reference. Help also came from various parties to help resolve the challenges and barriers for working on this paper. Therefore, I would like to thank to all those who have helped in the preparation of this paper.

A.         Background
In Indonesian English is a foreign language that must be learned. this is evidenced by the inclusion of the English language in the school curriculum, from secondary school to university. its use in the English language has rules that are not necessarily the same as other languages​​. one of which can be seen from the kinds of sentences available and in everyday life to give advice and give orders to others also exist rules.
Other discussions regarding the collection letters and invoices. it is very necessary for the development of more advanced age so we have to know about the letter and invoice collection in the world, especially our work later.

DISCUSSION

A.        Sentence
Sentence is a group of words that hasa subject and pradikat. In contrast to the dependent clause, sentence is the unity of mind intact. Are independent clause in cluded in the sentence. Independent clauses can be categorize sentence or phrase.
 Kinds of  Sentence
1.      The Simple Sentence
The simple sentence is a sentence Consisting of a subject and a predicate / verb.
2.      Sentence The Compound
Sentence the compound is a  a sentence of two or more equivalent clause (MC + MC) are connected by conjunction.
3.      Complex Sentence
Complex Sentence is a sentence Consisting of two or more sentences are not equivalent (no MC and SC) are associated with the complex conjunction / subordinate conjunction.
4.      Compound Complex Sentence
Compound complex sentence is a minimum sentence of three clauses that contain a elements of compound and complex.

Advice / suggestions is a phrase that is often use to give advice or suggestions , advices indicate more clearly what you think the advice giver should be done or not done.

In some circumstances, a final notice may also state that the company will file legal action or repossess unpaid property. Final notices usually occur with debt that is 90 days or more past due.

A business collection letter that attempts to preserve the well-being of the relationship between the merchant and the customer may offer a revised payment plan.

E.        Invoice
Invoice is a bill which indicates the amount that is to be paid by the buyer to the seller. There is no standard form or style of invoice and as such it can be designed as per the requirements of the seller.

2)      He can check the invoice price against the quotation/proforma invoice price. If any difference he can sort it out with the seller.

1)      Heading.  This part contains the following elements:

4)      Closing.This is the part where the actions or request of the letter should be clearly reiterated.
